本規約は、Naname Studio（以下「当方」）が提供するモバイルアプリケーション 「BeforeGo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は、ユーザーが本アプリを利用するすべての行為に適用されます。
本アプリは無料でダウンロード・利用できます。一部の機能はサブスクリプション （「プレミアムプラン」）で提供されます。
サブスクリプションは期間終了時に自動的に更新されます。 更新を停止するには、有効期間終了の少なくとも24時間前までに、 iPhone の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」、 Android の Google Play ストアの「定期購入」からキャンセル操作を行ってください。
すでに支払った料金の払い戻しは原則として行いません。
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません:
本アプリおよび関連するすべてのコンテンツの知的財産権は、当方または正当な 権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、当方は明示・黙示を問わず、本アプリの 正確性、有用性、特定目的への適合性について保証しません。
当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じる損害について一切の責任を 負いません。これには通知の遅延・不達、データ消失、デバイス障害等が含まれます。
当方は、ユーザーに事前通知することなく、本アプリの内容を変更または提供を 終了することができます。
当方は本規約をいつでも変更できます。重要な変更があった場合は、アプリ内または Web ページで通知します。変更後も本アプリを使い続けた場合、変更後の規約に 同意したものとみなします。
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は東京地方裁判所を 第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern the use of the mobile application "BeforeGo" ("the App") provided by Naname Studio ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
These terms apply to all actions taken by users of the App.
The App is free to download and use. Some features are offered via a subscription ("Premium plan").
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each term. To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the term ends via iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
Refunds for past payments are not generally provided.
All intellectual property rights in the App and related content belong to us or the legitimate right holders.
The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranty as to its accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including notification delays, data loss, or device failures.
We may change the App's content or terminate service without prior notice.
We may revise these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced in-app or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes related to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
